Aaron’s family comes from Hải Phòng, in northern Vietnam.

Years later, travelling back through the country as a chef, he began discovering Vietnamese coffee not simply as something from his heritage, but as a culture all of its own.

Coconut coffee was one of those discoveries that stayed with him.
